Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed.

All custom arrangements have a 50% non-refundable deposit. If once you receive your arrangement, you aren't 100% satisifed, you can return the flowers, within 30 days for the remaining 50% of the balance.

All other arrangements are able to be returned, within 30 days for a 100% refund.

All shipping charges to return an arrangement are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the arrangement was destroyed during the shipping process.

Please email us at: tanya.hofford@flauxers.com if you need to return your arrangement for any reason. Please specify the reason for the return and if applicable and possible, include any necessary pictures.

Cancellation Policy

All orders can be canceled at any time before the order has been shipped. For all non-custom orders, you will receive a 100% refund. For all custom orders, if the order is canceled within 1 business day of placing the order, you will receive a 100% refund. If the order is canceled after 1 business day, you will receive only a 50% refund, as the arrangement will no longer be able to be disassembled for the flowers to be used again.
