Custom Orders

Email Us to request a custom arrangement.
Please include the following:
- Requested date for shipping/delivery
- Your email address
- Type of flowers you want used(if applicable)
- Color choices (if applicable)
- Vase preference - artificial water or solid fixture
- Any additional details that will aid us in creating this design for you.

- A sample arrangement can be created containing the flowers in your request. If you request this, $5.00 will be added to your purchase price.

Within 2 business days of receiving your request, we will email/call you with pricing information.
When you have agreed to go forward with this request, an invoice for the non-refundable charge of 50% of the decided price will be sent to you.
At this time, the arrangement will be created and pictures will be emailed to you for your approval.
Once you have approved the arrangement, we will require that we receive the remaining 50% of the balance due.
Please note that your arrangement will not be shipped until we have received payment equalling 100% of the decided price.
